Shipping
Qualsafe.com can ship quickly and efficiently to virtually any address in the world. The expected transit times for your delivery will be indicated within the shipping options and all items held in stock will normally be dispatched the same day (if placed before 13:00 UK time).

Products that are not in stock will show the estimated number of days before we can ship your order. Where one or more item is not expected to be in stock within 7 days, we will contact you to discuss your shipping options and will keep you updated with progress.

On receipt of delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the goods and notify us within 7 days of any faults or defects that are found. When such goods are returned to us, they will be promptly repaired or replaced free of charge (see returns policy below).

Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a refund on any items returned to us within 14 days of delivery, providing the goods are returned in an undamaged and saleable condition. You will be required to meet the cost of the return shipping unless the goods were supplied to you incorrectly or in a defective condition.

To return any goods, you must first contact us and obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN), together with full instructions for returning the goods.

Please note: We will not accept returns without a valid GRN.

On receipt of the returned goods, we will we'll notify you via e-mail and credit your account with the relevant amount as soon as possible (usually within 7 days).
